At Bombae Binge, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our ladoos, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we’ve got your back if something goes wrong.


Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired product (as per packaging)

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, share clear photos/videos of:

  • The product is showing the issue
  • Outer packaging and box
  • Labels and invoice (if available)

Resolution

  • If approved, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost
  • If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • No refunds on products bought during sales, offers, or with coupon codes
  • No returns due to taste preference or change of mind
